Peak Teller

East Houma Office; 30 hours per week based on Peak time needs:

Primarily Monday - Friday 10am - 4:45pm, but requires schedule flexibility anytime between 7:30am and 6:00pm; and one Saturday per month, 9am-12pm

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Professional appearance

  • Ability to adapt to flexible work schedule

  • Lift currency and coin –approximate weight 40-50 pounds
  • Previous teller experience or two years cashiering experience

Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Routine teller duties – paying and receiving
  • Processing night / ATM deposits
  • Balance cash drawer to teller system daily
  • Place Reg. CC holds as applicable
  • Processing loan payments
  • Cross-selling bank products and services (Sales Referrals)
  • Providing assistance to bank personnel as needed
  • Answering phones as necessary and providing telephone assistance to customers

Head Teller

Gray Office; 40 per week

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Three years previous Head Teller experience or five years Asst. Head Teller
  • Pleasant and professional appearance
  • Effective written & oral communication skills.
  • Good decision making skills and balancing record.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Supervisor experience.
  • Self-motivated leader with ability to motivate and coach others.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
  • Life currency and coin-approximate weight 40-50 pounds.

Experience Preferred:

  • Understanding of all regulatory compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of Fiserv system

Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Routine teller duties – paying and receiving.
  • Vault Custodian – ordering, shipping, receiving and balancing.
  • ATM maintenance – replenishing and balancing.
  • CTR monitoring and reporting – BSA monitoring.
  • Reg. CC hold notices.
  • Monthly cash audits, surprise counts.
  • Monthly inventory audits and verifications.
  • Maintain teller outage report.
  • Weekly schedule for tellers.
  • Perform employee quarterly coaching sessions.
  • Check cashing decision making.
  • Perform other supervisory duties.
  • Lead monthly teller meetings.
  • Cross selling bank products and services (Sales Referral)
