To enroll in other mobile services:

• Log into your Online Banking account on the computer.

• Click on "Options" in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

• Locate the Mobile Banking option and select "Enroll".

• Accept the Terms and Conditions for Mobile Banking.

• Select the mobile services you wish to enroll.

• Step-by-step instructions are provided for each service enrolled.

App Instructions

The Synergy Bank Mobile App is available for our customers who are currently enrolled in Online Banking. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, enroll today.

Once you are enrolled in Online Banking, follow these easy steps

  • Visit the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) to download the app to your mobile device.
  • Once you've downloaded the app, enter your Online Banking Username and Password.
  • You will then be prompted to answer a security question that was established at enrollment to gain access to your account(s).
