Loan Operations Clerk

40 hours per week

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Ability to create Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Experience Preferred:

  • Associates (or more) Degree or equivalent loan experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Loan operations
  • Loan documentation
  • Data entry

Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Imaging loan documents as needed
  • Setting up files for new loans
  • Filing
  • Checking back loan set ups
  • Balancing un-posted and general ledger accounts
  • Processing paid off loans
  • Keypunching
  • Providing employees and customers with loan information
  • Providing assistance to bank personnel as needed
  • Cross-selling bank products and services
  • Answering phones as necessary and providing telephone assistance to customers

Loan Assistant/ Back Up CSR

40 hours per week

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Accurate typing
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable multi-tasking
  • Able to organize and prioritize daily tasks; must have the ability to put work aside to service new and existing customers with opening new accounts

Experience Requirements:

  • Overall clerical duties
  • Creating letters and memorandums using Word
  • Processing loan applications or similar loan functions
  • Opening new accounts preferred

Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Loans

  • Typing loan memorandums
  • Verifying insurance
  • Providing attorney instructions
  • Ordering appraisals
  • Imputing Loan Applications
  • Making general ledger entries for loans
  • Making collection calls as needed
  • Making entries to complete loan packages
  • Completing loan check list and putting signed documentation in order

CSR

  • Opening new accounts
  • Providing customer assistance as needed to phone and lobby customers
  • Knows all bank products and is effective in selling and cross selling

General

  • Answering phones as necessary
  • Cross-selling bank products and services (sales referrals)
  • Providing assistance to bank personnel as needed
