Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service.
  • Routine teller duties – paying and receiving.
  • Processing night / ATM deposits.
  • Balance cash drawer to teller system daily.
  • Place Reg CC holds as applicable.
  • Processing loan payments.
  • Cross-selling bank products and services (Sales Referrals).
  • Providing assistance to bank personnel as needed.
  • Answering phones as necessary and providing telephone assistance to customers.

Assistant Head Teller

Main Office - 40 per week - Monday thru Friday; and once every third Saturday

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Three plus years of teller experience.
  • Pleasant and professional appearance.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Basic computer experience.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift currency & coin-approximately 40-50 pounds.

Function:

Provide assistance to customers and staff while assisting head teller in maintaining overall accountability for department's performance.

Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service.
  • Routine teller duties – paying and receiving.
  • Assist Head Teller with vault custodian duties – ordering, shipping, receiving and balancing.
  • Assist Head Teller with ATM maintenance duties – replenishing and balancing.
  • Provide assistance as necessary with CTR monitoring and reporting – BSA monitoring, Reg. CC hold notices, monthly cash audits and surprise counts, and monthly inventory audits and verifications.
  • Provide input for weekly schedule for tellers.
  • Check cashing decision making.
  • Assist Head Teller with supervisory duties as directed.
  • Cross-selling bank products and services (Sales Referrals).
  • Provide assistance to bank personnel as needed.

Internal Auditor

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance or other 4 year degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professionalism in verbal and written correspondence
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis

Experience Preferred:

  • Auditing experience
  • Previous bank experience
  • Knowledge of Fiserv

Job Responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Follow Bank's Internal Audit Program
  • Provide objective and independent evaluations of internal controls bank wide
  • Determine adequacy of procedures in operational areas of the bank
  • Provide Audit Committee and Senior Management with detailed findings and recommendations
  • Conduct surprise cash audits on tellers, vaults and ATMs
  • Work closely with external auditors and bank regulators to provide data as required
  • Conduct risk based internal audits
  • Interview personnel to understand job functions of each department
  • Assist in developing an audit schedule on an annual basis
  • Willing to travel to all branches as needed
